My guess would be yes but for your best info I would go over to modle Railroader side of the the site as they deal in HO where here mainly deals in S,O, and standard gauge.

Life's hard, even harder if your stupid  John Wayne

Where some wag will undoubtedly tell you to move the post to the Classic & Toy Trains forum because they deal with Lionel on that side...Confused

I have figured out what is wrong with my brain!  On the left side nothing works right, and on the right side there is nothing left!

As the packaging clearly states, you have a pair of seperate sale trucks, not couplers.
Lionel also sold couplers in similar packaging, #0771-100,  I'd have to check on how many pieces came in each little box.
These little boxes were packaged in countertop display boxs, twelve to the display.  Any postwar Lionel countertop display box is desirable, and would draw lots of interest.

I cannot tell you the market price on your 0766-100.
I purchased one for a dollar or two years ago.
I know that if yours is new, old stock, I'd pay ten dollars.

A few years ago I bought on the bay a set of Lionel trestles only to find when I got them they were for HO.
