Boyd,

If you really need to know, I could go down and time mine.

I have an HO scale turntable that is motorized.

Without actually timing it, I would guess that it may be even slower than 0.5 RPM.

Turntable RPM?

For those of you with turntables,, at what speed to they spin? 1 rpm or 1/2 rpm? I dug out an old Radio Shack robot arm I have called Armatron. I took this thing apart and the design is amazing. 1 electric motor powers all of the movements. I have never seen such a toy that is so complex inside and has so many parts. I think I have figured out how to modify this Armatron so it can spin the bridge of my 2nd hand home made turntable. I just need to figure out the rotation speed for it. There are enough extra gears in it that I think I can slow it down to whatever speed I want.
