Can Atlas 21st Century O-27 curves/track be used with Lionel O-27 turnouts?

On my layout rebuild I am considering using Atlas 21st Century O-27 curves & track on my new layout, but I would have to mate it to 2 Lionel O-27 turnouts, are the connectors compatable or am I just whistling Dixie.

What other "supertrack" type track option are there for O-27? Seams like its Atlas or nothing or that diameter.

Worst case scenario is I keep my O-27 track and just add ties under the rails?

Atlas makes adapter pins for Atlas O track to 031 tubular track style. Don't know if they make adapter pins for 027 to Atlas track.

The adapter pins can be adapted for the smaller 027 style - I've done it using needlenose pliers and a vise just to experiment with some Atlas track I had around. But it's not easy. And its hard to 'undo'
