I have dealt with Robert Grossman on some Marx items I have.  He was very generous with his information and helped me get the pieces up to par.  From all reports I have seen/heard, he is the place to go for Marx.

Yes, the Grossman ,"Parts for Marx Trains", is quite a site.A package from them arrived last week..Was able to fix up a few old cars I had around. Also got parts for an early no traction tire 1998 Sante Fe diesel. The reverse unit is still sticking abit but it works well.Thought I had side plates for it so I did not order them.Could not find the side plates so I put in another order for them. When they arrive I should have a good looking and working 1998 Marx diesel.

Great Marx Train Repair Book

Just received ,The Marx Train Repair Manual by Julio del Castillo from the Robert Grossman Company. What a great book for any one interested in Marx trains.I have seen this book listed on used book sites for well over $100.The Grossman Company has new ones for about $35.Repairs and take down instructions for the Marx locomotives and accessories.

The Company under, train parts for Marx, has just about all the small parts needed to repair the old Marx locomotives and cars. Both plastic and tin.

Not sure if this has been posted before or not but I thought it would be of interest.
