I have changed the belts a few times here is a step buy step procedure.  It's not that hard, good luck.

HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE BELT ON THE 397?

THE DRIVE SHAFT HAS TWO CAMS THAT DON'T COME OFF, AT LEAST WITH EASE.
