Looking for a K-Line C&O Caboose
Posted by railroaded on Sunday, December 19, 2010 8:09 AM

I've been searching around a little & coming up empty. Does anyone have any idea who might still stock a  K-Line #616-1251 C&O Caboose available?

-Let me know, thanks,

Brian is that one of K-Line's high end, wood sided off set cupola smoking cabeese?

 I may have one.

Brian,

I am not sure what the 616-1251 is specifically, but the 616-1252, is the Wood sided offset cupola with smoke, and the Western Depot has it for $58.00 according to their website, click on trains, then O gauge, then K Line, then Scale size freight cars, it was on page 2 near the top.

I have bought from them many times fast and fair shipping, they have always treated me well, I would not hesitate to reccomend or buy from them again,

Brian,

Check with The Western Depot, mentioned above, their website shows it in stock. I am just a collector, not a shop or retailer. The one the WD shows looks to be the same one that I have, but mine is stored at a shop building that I have at a rental property, and not here at my home, so I can't check the actual item# before Tuesday afternoon.

The caboose that I have is a future gift, but I can tell that you would appreciate it more, and I would consider selling it to you if you are unable to find another, so Please check with the Western Depot, which now that I think about it is where I got the one that I have. They are very reliable.
