I had an engine that messed up and jumped the track and it fried the powermast instantly so if you had that it will just work as a way to arr power to your track from your brick

Be sure the crystal is seated firmly in the PM-1.  Set the TR ID to #1 following the manual.  Be sure to set the PM-1 to "program" and use the "set" key behind the CAB-1 door.  Move the switch to "run".  Re-address TR#1 and hit "boost".

Set the momentum to "L"(low).

Check the troubleshooting manual.

Probelms with Lionel TMCC Power Master in Conventional mode
Posted by osanthony on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 10:28 AM

My layout is set up for Lionel TMCC and uses a Power Master so that I can run in Conventional mode. It runs fine in Command mode, but when I move switch to "Conventional" mode nothing happens. I have tried reprogramming the Power Master (as suggested by Lionel) but this doesn't seem to correct problem. Any suggestions?
