lionel steam service siding?

recently, I was looking through a copy of the 1998 lionel catalog, and came across a product titled 'steam service siding' boasting features such as an operating hopper capable of loading a locomotive tender with coal, and another hopper for remotly filling a locomotive with smoke fluid, also, an animated figure would come out of a small shed whenever a command was given. I have done quite a bit of research to try to find out more about this product, and have found absolutly nothing. was this ever even released? and if so, what can be said about it, and where may I find one? any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, the Steam Service Siding was never produced.  I like operating accessories and would have bought one
