My first thoughts are is the Zw and older one. Then my thoughts turn to are the two transformers in sync with each other. I'm not an electric whiz so I may be way off track here.

Power block LED's showing a dim light during derrick operation
Posted by ballastbob on Sunday, November 21, 2010 7:32 PM

I have a Lionel Oil Derrick powered from an auxiliary CW-80 transformer.  I have track power blocks powered by a ZW with LED's to show on or off.  The accessory and the blocks are wired to a common bus.  When the derrick cycles up and down I get a faint flicker in the block LED's with each up and down cycle.  What could be the problem?  Should I change the wiring method?

Thanks
