I am very new to this site, but have been collecting model trains for about 7-8 years now. I got into the hobby from my father who has alot of my grandfathers tinplate american flyer trains still in action. This past summer my sister purchased a 2004 ford mustang 40th anniversary addition. That being said she has expressed a real interest in get her first train set this christmas. When I saw the lionel mustang set, I thought it would be perfect. I have however, had no luck locating one that is for sale. My understanding is that they are a few years old. I was wandering if anyone could point me in the right direction or would be willing to part with either then engine or enitre set. I am located in northern Delaware.
Thanksin advance
Jeff

What year of Mustangs were in that set? Are they the typical 1:43 or to scale? 1:43 is too big for me (just my opinion). I have owned two 79 Indy Pace cars.
