I did a search in this forum and found virtually nothing about this vendor. Also known as CT McCormick Hardware. I got their name from the Ross website's listing of Ross retailers. I would like to report on my positive experience dealing with them.

They replied promptly to my email asking if a particular item was in stock. So many other vendors do not bother to reply to email inquiries.

The item I ordered was shipped out the same day and was received by me just 2 days later.

They graciously allowed me to add a couple of items when I called back about an hour after I placed the initial order.

They included a very nice "Magnificent Trains" calender at no charge.

I will be doing business with them again.

Bob, I am not sure about CTT having a place to give such accolades, but I think you just did.  You may want to give the information to CTT directly for them to place on the list of hobby shops on the web site.  I am not sure if the shops have to pay to be placed on the list.  Another thing you can do is in your profile, list it as a website you go to or the name etc., in your tag line of your signature.
