Hit the edit button and add some commas, periods and capital letters. A little confusing to read.

I feel odd to have taken apart the 3.5% grade S curve in the summer of 2009 and yet to have finished the new climbing grade that goes in, loops and comes out of the closet. I'm also buying more cheap MPC cars on ebay now and then. And I'm even considering a 3rd level on one side of the layout. I got my priorities all messed up.

I guess erveryones lifestyle is different. Do you have any kids, that will determine how much time you can allocate to your hobbies. For me when I was working, I travelled all around the World so electric trains were sandwiched in when I had time available. Now that I am retired electric trains get more of my time.

My vacations, as it were, come from buying a train, (or two or three) and then paying for it over time.  Then I collect again.  It's my cycle of doing things.

So far, I have no imagination on building a layout. I have some temporary setups that I like, but I wouldn't call them layouts.
