[:D] Was on the way home from the high $$$ train store and passed over the main lines for CSX and NS in west Raleigh. Big NS engines pulling what looked like a 10 mile long train of hopper cars full of coal. Funny thing was, they all looked the same from the bridge. Usually they are a mix match bunch. Even all the loads looked the same [taper with flat on top and size]. Looked like looking at a toy train. First real train I've seen in months.

I drove over the local on the New England Central's Winooski sub. She had a NEC blue and yellow GP-38, a bunch of mixed cars, about 15 wood-chip hoppers for Burlington Electric, AND A CABOOSE!!!

Maybe this will hold you over[swg][swg][swg]

I was standing only 4 or 5 feet from the tracks. Talk about thunder and noise !![:O][:O]

Check out the spikes on the CSX main line[B)][B)]
