i just bought a mth gp-20. just want to make sure does the smoke oil go in the skinny opening behind the 1st round fan
Yes, it goes in the exhaust port right behind the first fan. If it's like mine, you can actually pop off the housing, which makes adding smoke fluid easier. I use 15 drops.
Oh, BTW ---> to the CTT forum.
Another recommendation is the next time you are out shopping pick-up one of those really small funnels, intended for filling perfume bottles. They work great for adding smoke fluid to any engine, car or accessory, especially if you have to dispense it from those awkward MTH big white bottles.

I find that an eye dropper works really good as it holds the fluid better and don't spill like a funnel or tip over. Also I don't buy the super size smoke fluid as you must have a really heavy duty need for smoke fluid, like at a club setting where you run 12 or more smoking engines.

Lee,
These funnels are great even with the eyedropper dispenser, the tip will actually go inside the stack and the funnel top gives a much easier target to hit. My eyesight and depth perception ain't what they used to be, just ask the FAA.
Welcome Joe!

IF IT WON'T COME LOOSE BY TAPPING ON IT, DON'T TRY TO FORCE IT. USE A BIGGER HAMMER.
