curved switches
Posted by steveo on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 11:21 AM

Trying to find out who makes and what you call these switches. I'm working on my first layout which is going to be 4' X 8' now but hoping to make it bigger later. Found John Gallacher's 5' X 12' layout and really liked it but need two switches 0-54/72 for the siding. Maybe I need less of a radius for the smaller layout? The switch I'm using now makes the track wider and puts a straight in the end curves.

Using 027 track and running Lionel and Marx with fat wheels.

thanks

Ross Custom Switches makes that style switch and it can be used with O-27 track with their adapter pins.
