Umm, isn't it time to put this thread to rest instead of bumping it up once a month?
Just asking. By now, anyone who is interested has memorized the link.
There is nothing new here.
I seem to recall another such thread being deleted for the same reason not long ago.

Yes, looking real good!
That track plan is terrific, plenty of display space and operating appeal. Seeing all that flyer track brings back great memories..A.C Gilbert lives on in the same manner as Marx and Lionel. Outstanding.
Nothing is more fairly distributed than common sense: no one thinks he needs more of it than he already has.
I now have the layout covered with foam and with the accessories and track in place.

I now have all of the modules up on legs, with most of them bolted together. I also have some pictures of my revised track plan. http://briansamericanflyer.blogspot.com/
I was able to get some more benchwork done today. It is almost all ready for the legs. Some pictures and more info here:http://briansamericanflyer.blogspot.com/
I got more done on the benchwork today, covering all the sections with plywood.

I only have seven K5s not too many when you compare it to the Atlantics (22) The PAs and PBs come close to the K5s too at eight.
I also added some pics on my blog of my two streamlined locomotives, The 350 and 353.
Lil B:
You're off to a great start! I think you have too many K5's though. We could work on that.

Timboy

Brian,
I wish I new you lived in Minnesota. I was just up in Duluth end of August. I lived in St Cloud for over 30 years before moving to Arizona. Any way I enjoyed your video. I noticed everyone dressed warm for the cold weather. The only thing I missed, you should of put some snow on all that green grass "on your train layout" this time of year in Minnesota.
Take care from another guy from the north country!

GREAT video. Nice work!
During the show I put a camera on a flat car and ran it around the layout. You can find the video on my blog:
Thanks for all the comments. This Friday and Saturday, the 26 and 27 of November, there will be a train show at the Mille Lacs County Historical Society in Princeton, MN. It is in the Princeton Depot and I will be bringing this layout to the show.
LilB,
Great job, nice layout. And you finished in tme to make the show. I am still trying to plan my new layout, but all you guys keep me inspired.
George
Wow, your layout is at risk of putting Timboy's layout to shame.
Or, at least in serious competition with it.
I stand in awe.
