The Frackville Display Model RR will be OPEN on Sunday August 8th. It's supposed to be a great day for a drive so please come out and see and support us. We have a 24' x 55' multi-layer "O" scale Hi-Rail outlet. We are always looking for new model RR or just RR enthusiast to join us, no matter what scale you model. We have space and some equipment if you wish to model HO or N scale, or have a model RR you want to move. Our layout is based on the Mahanoy Valley during the Steam Era in Anthracite Country. We have many steam engines running complete with smoke and sounds. We control our trains via Command Control mainly MTH DCS and some Lionel TMCC. We hope to allow visitors to run some engines in the near future for a small donation. We ask visitors for a small donation of just $0.50 per person. We are selling real Anthracite Coal in scale sizes for just $3.00 per 1lb bag. We have it in sizes from "N" through "G" scale. Great for loading your hopper cars or topping of steam engine tender cars. Adds a real authentic look to your layout. We are conveniently located in the Schuylkill Mall, Famous Label Wing. Located at the intersection of Interstate 81 and State Highway 61. Enter at the Citi-Bank entrance. There is shopping for the Ladies, and also the "Black Diamond" Antiques and Collectibles co-op. They have many Railroad, Model Railroad, and Coal Country collectibles. You can check out our in development website at http://www.anthracitemodelrr.com or email us at Malltrains@gmail.com
