A Possible Replacement for the #54 Ballast Tamper?

Do you think Lionel will be modeling this ballast tamper any time soon? Wink

This baby removes the old ties, inserts new concrete ties, re-attaches the original rails, and adds new ballast, all in one continuous operation.
