Got my Sept '10 CTT
Posted by fifedog on Friday, July 23, 2010 12:39 PM

Just plucked the latest issue from my Choo-Choo mailbox.  Big CONGRATS to our own Roger Bielen on his layout feature.  A tip o' the hat too for my old bud Jim Apitz on his article.

Well done guys.

Thanks guys.  If anyone is travelling near the Athens, GA area send me an e-mail and maybe we can hook-up.  There's a few of us that get together once a month, informal club, and maybe I can arrainge visiting a couple of other layouts.

Roger,

Great layout. It is fantastic. Roger Carp did a great job of writing and Geoff Stunkard's photos are great.

I received mine a few days ago as well.  Finally had time this evening to read most of it.  Roger's layout is very impressive: those are some amazing scratchbuilt buildings.

This edition was another great joy to read.  I just wish the magazine was longer as I seem to read through it too fast and I don't want it to end.

There is a photo showing the back half of a CP Rail SD40 made by Lionel, but the caption says it is a CN SD40 made by M.T.H.. Why?

Just another typo as in the fastrack layout the index says 8X12 and its 12X16 things like that happen. Still an outstanding edition of CTT
