They're all the same for our purposes.  I recommend Mouser.  Here is their catalog listing:  http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?Keyword=625-1.5KE36CA-E3  The "E3" just means commercial grade.  The numbers after that are the way the parts are packaged.  Notice that Mouser only stocks it in reels and that they have 830 of them on hand.  Just order however many you want of the "/54" and they will snip them off the partial reel that they have.

A question for  Bob Nelson. In a previous post I ask you to recommend the type voltage suppressor needed to prevent melt downs. You gave Vishay 1.5ke36ca as the type. The only vendor I could find that would sell a small quantity said that is an obsolete model, the replacement is 1.5ke36ca-e3/51 My question is will this work, is it basically the same?

 Thanks Dave Marconi
