the software was done last october . version 1.3 was made available to members of legacy users group.
the problem was related to the mass production of modules

SD-40T-2Question:I am a bit curious as to the long delay for the Lionel Legacy modules v1.3
From what I read in the LUG report from April York, there are a lot of enhancements to the system and there were some production delays overseas that Lionel could not control.

According Mike Reagan, the Director of Customer Service, the 1.3 modules have been manufactured and packaged in our facility in China and are now in transit to the U.S. We are expecting to be able to ship them to customers after the first of August.Best regards,Talk To Us>>> redroses4you2@aol.com> >> 6/29/2010 12:08 PM

Lionel says they have been manufactured and are in transit to the US; should start to ship in early August.

I havn't visited the forum for a while so this may be an old question. Has anyone recieved the upgrade for the Legacy or are we all still waiting? I understood it was to be shipped by now. Thanks in advance for the update.
