I have a few mugs with company logos, all of which were given to me for free because of free advertising. If I were to wear a T shirt or drink out of a mug with the Lionel logo, I would be giving Lionel free advertising and will not pay for the shirt or mug. So keep your shirt and mug.

GREAT! Then I'll be silk-screening T-shirts in XXL and XXXL and coffee mugs....See? Get my point? Lionel wouldn't let THEIR logo be used free of charge, now would they?
