  Sources for parts?

I'd be surprised if Marx used different wheels for the M10005 than the ones they used for the 6" tin cars. Perhaps buying a few beat up 556 cabooses will get you the wheels and axles you need?

This is the place I'd start for parts:

Hope this helps,

Marx 10005 Help
Posted by jjm on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 10:05 AM

The plastic wheels have become out of shape cars on my Marx 10005 streamliner cars (not the engine).  Need to install longer axles to extend through the sides of the car if I am going to put in new wheels.  Any suggestions from anyone who may have tackled this?  Sources for parts?
