GOt some new toys today from Just Trains

Since i work two doors down from there, it is safe to say i am in there about 3 times a week. Since they have such great turnover in product, there is always something new to check out. Well they have had a set of Lionel FA-2's ABA, Missorri-kansas City-Texas on sale for 399.00 for a while. I have been admiring them and since i have a set of the new F-3's in Santa FE, i felt i needed a little something different for my layout.
Since i run O-72, i have found that i like smaller diesals and steamers since they look good, and do not overhang my curves excessivly like a E-8 or scale 80' passenger cars do. So i have covered wagons, 4-6-4's, 4-6-2's, one 4-8-4, and lots of rs-1's, gp35, and switchers.
Well i havn't had a chance to run them yet, looking forward to running them this week. I will post some pictures.

Working in such close proximity to a train shop has its advantages and disadvantages. Convenience is an advantage but frequent visits can be hard on the pocketbook. [;)]

So did you get the last set?

When I called them about the MKT FA-2 set a week ago they told me they were sold out. I got them for about the same price somewhere else.
