Despite what the ad says, those are "Faston" connectors, not spade connectors.  Here is a spade connector:

However, either one is useful for connecting to a rail.  A true spade connector (or "spade lug") is a little better because it makes two redundant connections.

Instead of lockons I use these. Insulated male spade connectors, most ratshacks got 'em.

Crimp the wire on, bend the connector to 90 degrees, use a thin-bladed screwdriver to gently pry the bottom of the rail open, and insert. Nothing could be simpler. Or cheaper.

most of the online dealers--Trainz.com , trainworldonline.com ,etc sell the lockons. they will charge retail-- NO discount on a 3-4$ item.

Hi Chris

Besides Ebay i go to local train shows and swap meets

Picked up many for 50 cents to a dollar

Find out where the shows are from your local hobby shop

Does anyone know  a good internet source for me to get some lockons for my Lionel O27 track?  Standard or Lighted lockons are good.  Besides ebay?

Even Generic if they are good are fine with me.
