With all the rain I was thinking of Noah's Ark, so I thought I'd show pics of animals on the lod layout
Have fun

On my way to to Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA for a train show today. Should be interesting to see who's there. It's not one of the regulary scheduled Midwestern shows, it's in conjunction with the Eastern IA Div NMRA convention that took place this week. Just enough time however to post this one shot of my most recent "upgrade" to my vintage AF Atlantic.
I have figured out what is wrong with my brain! On the left side nothing works right, and on the right side there is nothing left!
Great layout and photos

Nice touch - who made the marker lights?
Greetings Folks,
In following with Jim's initial photos of animals on his layout I thought I would provide an update on some of Wausau's most famous animals.
Some of you may remember the arrival of the famous flock of Nils Jameson, the owner of Wausau Widgets and resident eccentric.

Precision Scale. I got them through Caboose Hobbies in Denver (mailorder). They are brass castings, and the jewels do not come with them. Fortunately my wife has so many pairs of earings, she will never miss that pair...
Here are some pics of the 350 Royal Blue that I bought last week:
It is stamped DEC. 1950 in white on the inside of the boiler, and from what I can see, it has seen very little use. The only things that it needs is a new jack panel and the screw to connect the drawbar. I am considering swapping the chasis for a 322 SIB chasis, but I am hesitant to drill out the stack.
Phish - Thank you sir...
Northwoods - ...and thank you sir.

Thank you all for once again making the week complete with your photos. JimT, what a beauty. I'd leave it as it is!
Animals, F3s, pink flamingos, tigers, monkeys, nuclear missiles, a comandeered carpeted room....... perfect.
Jack.
IF IT WON'T COME LOOSE BY TAPPING ON IT, DON'T TRY TO FORCE IT. USE A BIGGER HAMMER.

I had to put spaces between the letters of IMG or all I would get is a small box in the place of it so make sure there are no spaces between the letters when you do it
