Aggh! now I have 2 threads to follow! Please put the Genny Cream ads on the MR forum so that there is one thread with all the signs.
Havng said that, as a old Rochester, NY boy who grew up in the shadow of the Eastman House, I love the Genny signs. I also loved the old neon in Downtown Rochester in the 50's which I try to duplicate on my layout with the help of your signs and some paint that glows in "blacklight". (Plus some Miller Engineering, Bar Mills and Blair Lines signs).
Genny forever,
Little Tommy
strogey ...Can you dig through your sources and find me some old signage from Genesee Beer and Genesee Cream Ale? My layout is a tribute to my diseased father and these were his favorites since we all grew up in Western New York. ...

IF IT WON'T COME LOOSE BY TAPPING ON IT, DON'T TRY TO FORCE IT. USE A BIGGER HAMMER.
Just copy & past the jpg file to your computer. You can re-size for different scales in MS Publisher, MS Word or program of your choice. You can print on paper, card stock, or for metal signs photo paper. I have not tried decal paper but it should work also. For older or faded signs you can use an off-white card stock. I use two sided tape but white glue or glue of choice.
Thanks for providing all these great signs. How do I put them to use? Do I cut and paste them into MS Word and simply print them out?
strogey These look great as do the others in your Model Railroader post! I was wondering if you could do me a favor. Can you dig through your sources and find me some old signage from Genesee Beer and Genesee Cream Ale? My layout is a tribute to my diseased father and these were his favorites since we all grew up in Western New York. Hopefully I will then be able to find some one willing to print me some "O" gauge sized decals for a fair price. Many thanks in advance. You can reply at strogey@msn.com if you wish. Again Thank You!
