Bob......Thumbs UpThumbs UpThumbs Up  the importance of your contributions to the hobby and to the rest of us cannot be understated.  And I particularly respect the way you handle the challenges and contrary, sometimes rude comments.  You always take the professional, patient, and calm high road and spare nothing of your time and expertise helping others.

Remember your challenge for us to come up with the correct rise angle to achieve a second level clearance over a given length of run?  That had a whole bunch of us pulling out the calculators and math books.  Big Smile

Congratulations on your 7,000 post!

Bob,

I enjoy all of your postings, even if I don't understand a good portion of them. I'm still relying on my high school electric shop knowledge.   I keep learning with each one of your entries and I keep the information filed away for the day I do need it.  You have always been a gentleman in answering questions.  Perhaps the entry that I enjoy the most is the one where you became americanflyersoni just once to answer a question for me.

Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Rich and Ralph, thanks!  I didn't notice actually--I don't pay much attention to that number.  It's nice to know that my posts are helping folks.

Bob, you most assuredly are a CTT forum MVP.  To me, you're worth your weight in gold-plated connectors and then some.  I eagerly await your next 7000 postings. Cool

Pete
