Hi out there i am looking for the foam cores that they use to work on model trains i find them in ho gauge but for the life of me i cant find them in o gauge any one know where i can find one thanks
Are you looking for material to build mountains, etc? Most hobby shops have it; also some building supply stores. I think there is no scale, per se, but 2" thick seems to be popular.

If you are referring to foam "cradles" that hold a loco upside down while you work on it I have seen them on E-Bay and I believe Woodland Scenics carries them. If you go the E-Bay route just go to O scale trains and do a search using several different terms, one at a time.
