green97probe Bryan, There is a video somewhere on YT of a Williams Berk with a fan driven unit installed. I had a Williams Berk a while back and I got rid of it because of the Seuthe unit. Those Suethe units are the 6V type, and that along with the constant voltage headlight is the reason for the board. There should be enough space in the William Berk for a fan driven unit, so the only challenge would be finding a way to mount it. BTW, the fan driven unit in my 2020 BBQed itself. The panic that I went into when I saw it go up would have been great YT material. Apparently, those hotbox smoke units don't like continued exposure to full track voltage.

Oh man that sucks that your unit failed. Maybe you could try an MTH smoke unit? Thats what I might try to use because they have two plug ins, one for the fan and one for the smoke unit elements so they should plug into the williams circuit board just fine, IF the plugins are the same that is.

jim you should of seen me when my 2026 smoke unit shorted out I had on a test rack right in front of me and it started shooting flame about 1" out the stack and I was about 8" from it think I cleared the chair

I have heard of green97probe's installation of a fan driven unit in a pw 2020 being a success, than what about installing one in a Williams berk?? The seuthe smoke unit is pathetic in its smoke output at best, I guess it has a lower voltage unit in it, I don't know. Anyway can it be done? Could I use the circuit board that its original smoke unit and its headlight plugs into?
