MARTY told me this at YORK and I was in AWE of the news.  Can't wait to check it out.  At the Lionel demo in the GOLD HALL,  JON Z demonstarted using his I PHONE to controll Legacy engine.  He said this is something Lionel is working on for the future.

Legacy Version 1.3 Distributed at the York LUG Meeting
Posted by cbojanower on Friday, April 23, 2010 8:25 AM

A big surprise was given to all those attending the Legacy Users Group (LUG) meeting at York this morning. All those present were provided with a copy of Legacy Version 1.3

Our very own Marty E loaded version 1.3 and provided a brief demonstration. He said that there are "So many new features, you must read the manual before trying it out" He also exited the restaurant where the meeting was held and could still sound the whistle on the demonstration layout.

More details will be coming soon. At this time the release date has not been announced, but it should be soon.

The Legacy Users Group would like to thank Lionel, Jon Z and Mike Reagan for supporting this meeting and providing the 1.3 upgrade to those attending.

Note: The manual is not available at this time, but should be soon
