to weaver (ets) can you make low cost electrics
Posted by navyjack on Saturday, April 3, 2010 6:53 PM

hello guys i did not know how to address this.  i know weaver only imports ets electric locomotives and weaver(a fine company) is not responsible for the value of the dollar.  could you please make a 3 rail, low feature model electric engine that is real affordable?  i think a lot of guys like me would buy them.  to my knowledge there has not been a rtr steeple cab electric model other than the high priced ets units, since the days of cheap brass.  (and i do not think they were three rail). o gauge traction has long been ignored for us low skilled, low budget modelers, while plenty of great resonable priced big rr equipment has been produced.weaver makes great frt equipment and made great diesels, please make us poor guys a steeple cab.  if in the 100 dollar range, i would buy three.
