Lionelville Dispatching Station ?
Posted by ROZY205 on Saturday, March 27, 2010 10:59 AM

In the Feb. 2010 issue the article by Roger Carp on page 68 there is one of these pictured. I am wondering if this is a current structure still available or not ?

                                                                                                 Thanks,

That's on my layout.  The structure is part of the Lionel Post War Celebration Series, and I believe they've cataloged reproductions twice.  Once around 1999, and then again a few years later.

Unlike the original, this version has both an "announce" feature and a "record and playback" feature.

Jon,

Thank you for your reply & info, looks like a really nice piece. I wonder what the chances of finding one are ?

Rozy, there's one on the bay right now.  BTW, part number is 6-22999.
