lionel lionmaster conrail 6-31772 not matching

Hi. Yes, my set has a darker brown Conrail coal car and the UP Boxcar has yellow sliding doors. Must have been a change before it went into production.

i just got this set and i noticed the set in the box doesnt match the set on display outside the box.  the coal load car is different color and the union pacific has different door colors.  is everyones like this or do the cars vary.  thanks
