Curiosity question
Posted by ED WHITFORD on Saturday, March 13, 2010 1:05 PM

Just wondering how many person dabble in more than one scale of trains and what are they ? My answer:  Yes I do have more than one scale, We have them from Z all the way to 7 1/2" that you ride on. Some day I would love to own a caboose from the 40's, 50's or 60'sYeah!!

How hard is it for you to work on each one ? Very,I grew up with them all. I try to divide my time in between my family, Antique tractors we have, Work, Farm toys and my at home shop.

Would you give up all just to stick to one ? H.E. Double hockey sticks no !!!!!!!!!!! While it can be hard to work on them if I was to give up just one I would feel as a part of me has died.Angel

Have you ever thought of building a multi scale display ? Yes. Finding it a big challenge to do when I want to be able to run at least 2 of all the scales we own. In turn that is the main reason other than funds I do not have any thing running. Plus I want to be able to share them with my family, Friends or any one for that matter.

What drives you to keep them going ? Simple. Love of the hobby or in my case HOBBIES.

If any one has any ideas or know of any multi scale set up one could look at please let me know. I am always looking for ideas. Even though I do not know when I will build. But I do know I wish to do it before the kids get any older.

 Thank you for your time.
