Lionel Legacy and SC-2 Switch Controller Set Up

Hi Everyone,

I have been reading through prior posts but did not find the answer to my question on how to properly set up the SC-2 switch controller with the Lionel Legacy.  I did not have TMCC, but went to right to Legacy in December 2009. I have a new Lionel ZW which is great for running in both conventional control and in command control.  I found out that with the Lionel ZW, I did not need the Powermaster Bridge to run in conventional.  However, it looks like I will need the Bridge for the SC-2.  Is this correct? 

I am using FasTrack switches and have learned from previous posts that they can't be connected to the #1 terminal on the SC-2. 

Many thanks for help on this -- setting up the Lionel Legacy is a lot like doing income taxes -- there are always exceptions and lots of documentation that is not very easy to read....
