lionel reverse board

did Lionel discontinue their 600-0103-001 reverse boards? I can't find them at all using their goofy parts search system... perhaps they've been superceded by another number? If so, I can't find a reference to that either Sad

sulafool,

I called Lionel's Customer Service Dept., or their Tech. Support Dept.for assistance and it's almost like magic when they search and FIND what you're looking for.

The biggest drawback is their telephone line, I thought it was cleared up, but I was mistaken.
Before you call them, prepare a healthy lunch!

And, the number is: 1(586) 949-4100.

Good Luck

Try the 6100107100  board.  It should work.

Thanks guys

Rob, your number returns 0 results in a search, too. What units do you know of that use that part?

 Many thanks gentlemen!

Rob, I was able to find the part by looking up on of the engines you listed. I have found that, so far, the best way to find any Lionel parts is to browse a specific model. I've had almost no luck at all finding things by part number or description. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...

Doing some more digging, it looks like the 107 board has indeed replaced the 103.

thanks again, all

In the future try going to www.ttender.com and calling 585-229-2050
You will be talking to jeff usually within a couple of minutes or he will call you back as he has caller id and will tell you I'll call you back in a couple of minutes. He stocks those items and most likely get it out to you quicker than Lionel.
