O&Wfan Ken,I live about 10 minutes from Martha Clara. Do you know anything more about the shows, such as # of exhibitors or vendors? I'll definitely go there on Saturday to check it out. Sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I guess it will be the "Long Island Wine Train" as opposed to the one in Napa Valley!Wayne

Happy New Year All !For those in the North East and New England, the Martha Clara Vineyard is hosting a model train show each Saturday and Sunday in January."Weekends in January12-5pm Railroad Museum Long Island present Model Train Show. Exhibitors & Vendors.$3 per person / Children 12 & under freeChildren under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult"Their website states this is being presented by the Railroad Museum of Long Island, which is a dedicated group of some great people who maintain museum sites next to the existing LIRR stations in Riverhead and Greenport. These sites are closed for the winter. The RMLI also sponsors limited production run cars, usually made by Lionel.I would imagine they would be available for sale at this show.A great idea for the dead of winter, and a great excuse for touring the vineyards!Ken Learn More: www.marthaclaravineyards.com www.rmli.us
