Sorry, I incorrectly typed in my e-mail address. It is corrected now and I have sent you an e-mail with the graphics attached.

I forgot to include the e-mail - I just cut the basic machine out of 3/4" thick material, made it a little taller than the graphics and painted the block of wood black and then glued the graphic on with plain old Elmer's white glue.
