Gentlemen:Does anyone have a suggestion on where to obtain a copy (good, bad or otherwise) or Dave Frary's classic book, "How to Build Model Railroad Scenery"?

I have tried all over the internet,as well as Kalmbach Pub. Co. to no avail.
