GOLDEN MEMORIES UPDATE

As usual, the "slowboat from China" has kept its reputation, its late again.
Actually......the boat hasn't even left yet(groan). AS fate will have it, China in their infinite wisdom, HAD the container loaded. When WIlliams received the manifest, it ONLY showed the PASS cars being shipped....NO ENGINES.
WIlliams pounded on the TOM-TOMS and sent STRONG smoke signals, that it was not acceptable. China relented, but now time has been wasted unloading the container, and reloading with ENGINES and cars.

What will now arrive is the first stage of GOLDEN MEMORIES. At minimum, the 1st cataloged F's --NYC,SFE, CP, TEX SPECIAL--and their matching Aluminum cars will arrive, ETA late JUNE. What will be on the ship with them, WILLIAMS has not been advised. The rest of the catalog will probably be arriving in 4-6 week stages, untill all is here on USA soil, by late fall. The remaining F's----
WABASH, ILL CTRL, B&O, SO, WP,MIL RD---will arrive late, near Christmas.

Hope this helps. Pictures are on WILLIAMS web site.
Those of you that have not ordered, better hurry. AS of FRI 5/7/04, The "726" BERK is sold out.....and a few others are to follow.

Feel free to contact me for prices.
All the Best, Marty MA&PA JCT www.mapajunction.com

Marty MAPA, what do you mean? I thought these were sets. Why would the passenger cars be shipped on one Chinese boat and the F3's on another boat? You didn't name all of the sets, does that mean they are CANCELLED? Give us more details please!!!!
Your other post is very vague.[V][?][:O][dinner][|(][:(!][:(!]

The Rock has three sets on order from Marty. He's in no hurry to get them as long they are here by fall.[;)]
