This site http://www.trainweb.org/crocon/sscale.html is the best I have found for seeing what is available in scale and hirail S. NASG is a good site also. They both have links to other sites. I agree that S is a good size, I am currently building an 11 x 18 foot scale layout. Fortunately, almost everything in S in available both ways.
Enjoy

Try the National Association of S Gaugers site:

nasg.org

Click on their links button - it will take you to dozens of S related sites.

Getting Started in S gauge

I've always been intrigued by the size of S, given that my layout is 5 X 9. It seems like a good fit, and Lionel an K-Line seem to be offering more products. I already know about S helper and American models.

Can you point me to any websites to get me started. I am looking for any info, from the basics on up.

Thanks

Al T
