The Chief Eagles Very Short Line Railroad ran today.

Well test track in youngest daughter's bedroom. [As you can see, she still has some of her loot still here and has not cleaned up the room. In fact the room is full of wedding presents] Two Norfolk Southern SD90s ready to haul a long freight train. Now to service the old engines and test them.

Diesel horns work great. Now I have to get something to make the bells ring. This KW does not have that.

Chief, get a Lionel Sound Activation button P/N 6-5906, or the K-Line Whistle/Bell controller K-952B . Both will do the job. Hope you can expand that very, very short line soon!

Yes, me too. Suppose to go in 13X13 room. All the way around the room and upper level. Got to get that room emptied too. Some of her loot in there too. Man, this wedding thing is racket.

Hi Chief,

You can also try Warren T-rains at www.wmtlionelparts.com

He has the bell buttons #610-5906-1 for $15.00 each. Ask for his parts catalog. He is one of the largest Lionel part dealers around. He bought skits of parts when Lionel closed its MI plant.

By the way, let’s have a garage sell of your girls stuff, at 25 cents each, we should be able to clean out the room real fast. [(-D] [(-D] [(-D]

Ooooooh Frank, I'm getting excited. I really want to see that layout built. Now if only I could get motivated on my own.[swg]

What date? I have one marked for May [I think]. Got the Bass Pro Shops shows next two weekends [Savannah this weekend and Charlotte next]. Right of way just got a little larger. She came and picked up three boxes [big deal with all of those in the room].

Chief the dates are April-24/25 11:00am to 5:00pm both days.
NC State Fairgrounds
1025 Blue Ridge Blvd
Looks like you may be in Charlotte that weekend.
There is a TCA show in Ral. May 22 at the fairgrounds,
that may be the one you have in mind.
Hey Chief if she gets three boxes a day you'll have to get more ballast
for the right of way.[;)][yeah]

Keith, they just called and added April 30 thru May 2 in St. Louis. So I'm a busy guy. That will help build the Chief Eagles Longer Short Line Railroad. [:D]
