seems like the cam is not in sequence with the motor, or its position is off.  I had this problem when I took apart my Postwar 397 coal loader, Just have to put the cam on a different way, rotate it.  Thanks.

 I am pretty sure that you need to adjust the cam.  As I recall, the Greenberg repair manual had the instructions.  Let me see what I can find.

HI. I just got a 397 coal loader Its about 2 years old and the plastic hopper does not move the coal back to the conver belt it moves it to the side. Does any one know  y this is happening
