I'm always curious about these special cars or trains like John Deere, Coke, and McDonalds. Do the companies waive the royalty fees for the brand name? Also, do employees of these companies request and preorder them?

Would be interesting to see how the deals are struck. As for Coke, there are a fair amount of Coke collectors around the country who might buy them even if not into model trains. K-line makes some nice models.

Chick-Fil-a is a new one. I'm not into nonprototype cars but I'm sure it will make a colorful addition to someone's layout!

If anyone is interested , MTH has produced an Uncataloged car for Chick -Fil-a. A certain amount of these cars are only available to Chick-fil-a employees(not for sale). What ever remains will be sold by Roundhouse south in Florida. The number is 386-304-7002 or 7003
