for MTH RRC members to see.

One thing of interest is that MTH not only is making Standard gauge in tin plate, they are also bringing back O gauge in tinplate.
QUOTE: MTH Newsletter: April 7, 2004 - M.T.H. Electric Trains is releasing a 36-page catalog exclusively featuring its 2004 Tinplate Traditions product line. Distribution of the catalog is scheduled to begin the week of April 19th but as MTHRRC Members, you can see the catalog offerings online beginning Wednesday, April 7th.
Many of the locomotive selections are available in both Contemporary versions with Proto-Sound 2.0 and Proto-Speed Control or Traditional versions that utilize an AC motor and mechanical E-Unit. We've also brought back O Gauge Tinplate locomotives, freight and passenger cars. Each of these colorful items MTH Tinplate 2004 part 2 is on line, along with a full compliment of standard gauge sets, locomotives and rolling stock make this 2004 Tinplate Traditions collection our most elaborate ever.

What is MTH's site address. Just bought a MTH NS caboose today from the local widow owned train shop. She has good prices but will not carry all of K-Line nor any Williams. All Lionel and MTH. Think she is partial to MTH. I'm still impressed with Williams. Guess I will still keep ordering Williams from the "net". Like MTH too.
