The Trains Unlimited series is on History Channel International at 3:00 CST on the Journeys show. You have to check your cable showtimes because there are other programs dealing with cars, boats, etc..

Joe,

The guys are right, TU is a great series.

My local PBS station has run the series several times, most times at 4AM or so, I taped each show using the VCR's timer.

My sons and I still watch them sometimes.

Do not buy the set, save some money, tape it yourself!

I bet around Christmas time all the PBS channels will rerun this series.

I agree Buckeye, I think I've seen every episode of Trains Unlimited at least twice, and I have that National Geographic video too.[:D]

Hi Joe,

The show was on the air around 96 thru maybe 99. It covered mostly real trains. They did have one on toy trains basically the history of Lionel. I loved the series, a lot of great info in the program. I did record it for my self and do watch the videos quite often. I wi***he History Channel would air it again.

I just saw a set of videotapes and DVDs on the History Channel store website called trains unlimited. They cover varying subjects regarding trains and look prety goo. I've never seen or heard of them before.

Has anyone here seen them or own them? Are they any good?
