D&H 702 Boy what a Great Welcome. Thank you all ever so much. Laz: Hope to meet you some day being that you live so close, but I sort of do like Grits! Does this make me a bad person. LOL. Buckeye. Hope I can get around and see the sights in this new part of the country that I live in. Chief: I did pass by the enola yards the other day and there was a long string of I think 89 foot flat car which were filled with brand new John Deer tractors as far as I could see. I guess they are not made in China yet. Thanks to all of you. LEW

ChiefEagles Come in side as Fife says. We would love to have you posting on the "Pot". Thanks for the service to the country. Vets are great [I am one, but I got an "invitation"] but those who served longer than Uncle Sam required are the greatest. Been on that west bank too and watched a train or two. I do say I was with some QUESTIONABLE company. Fifey, John F, Brent and some others. That was right after the GREAT GRTIS CAPER. I have to keep posting this to show LAZ's love for GRITS. Glad to hear from you. Now post on the "Pot" some. God bless.

Enola is a great place to watch trains and a beautiful area. I lived there back in the early seventies and was stationed at New Cumberland Army Depot. I don't know if it is there, but I used go to the Station Train Shop in New Cumberland.

LEW.... You are very welcome and a big thank you for 30 years of service to our country. I have been to Enola, PA. In fact this last summer I stood on the west bank of the river and watched the trains cross the Rockville Bridge. Just south of you is where Wes and I stayed while we were at York.

Thank you Buckeye for the Tip on using the Glue Dots They are the Best thing around, I have have been reading the Coffee Pot for about Three years now but never had the Nerve to post anything. About a year ago I retired from the U.S.Army after 30 years of Service and my Bride and myself built a house in Enola, PA to be by my Daughter and Grand Daughter. To make the story short I did not have time to build a layout for Christmas and wanted to place Atlas Track on the Hardwood Floor but could not attach it to the floor until I read the post about the Glue Dots, They work Great. I have read the Pot even when I was overseas and really learned a lot from it. A Big Thank You to all the Members of the Pot and to you BUCKEYE AND CHIEF.
