Well, I already got my K-line Metrolink so, how about a jigsaw for making the wooden bridge supports? I had to go to wider curves for the K-Line Heavyweight passenger cars so out went the O36 Fastrack and in went the O48 curves. Now two sections hang out.

Oh, and I need Santa to bring me the skill and knowledge to build the thing right (this might be way over the top in requestsSign - OopsBanged Head...)!

Well, this year I'd like Santa to bring me:

A 2008 Kawasaki ZX-10R motorcycle in all black.

A 1990 Ferrari F40.

A 2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale.

A 2008 Ferrari F430 Scuderia.

A 2007 Subaru WRX STi.

But the most thing I want of all....

For EVERYONE to have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

If its just one thing then the largest Lionel locomotive with the best smoke and sound that will run happily on 036.

More than one thing then I'd like the following:-

The Lionel sawmill

The Moe and Joe lumber car

Hellgate Bridge

The lifting bridge

The bascule bridge

Any powered bridge I forgot.

In fact all the motorized accessories (but I haven't been THAT good)

Dear Santa,

I have been extremely good this year.   Needless to say those lumps of coal the last three years were not really that funny, but I understand you got your naughty and nice information from that scallywag mayor of Roseyville, and all is forgiven.   It has been very dis-heartening to run down the stairs on Christmas morning to find just a lump of coal.  Do you get my point?  I hope you understand my pain.  So here it goes:

A bear....like you brought LAZ.

An FM Williams Trainmaster.....like you brought Chuck.

A police car.....like you brought fifedog.

A motorcycle....like you brought Jon.

A lake house.....like you brought the Chief.

Needless to say since you have missed me for the last three year, I think it is time to make it up to me.  As I said, no coal in '08.

Thank you,

Buckeye....a good boy.

What I would want for christmas,  I would like another Postwar F3 AA or ABA set.  I would like the NYC or SF or Sourthern F3's.  But, I think $300 and some is too much to spend during the holidays, I hope santa would bring me it for christmas.  LOL  Well, I did get my 400 and 404 budd cars for christmas, so I am happy there.  Standard Gauge trains would be nice too.  I wish i could get my hands on a 392E steam for standard gauge.  Thanks.

I would also like a good paying job near my family.  Oh, while I'm thinking about it, someone to buy this house, would make moving near family much easier.

On second thought, world peace is probably more doable.

Dear Santa,

I've been really good this year.  Really!  Other than that cleche' for world peace or a balanced budget (you didn't get me my conservative in the White House!), I'd settle for a good paying job and a house with a basement (near my family) in New Jersey.  After all, you asked...!

Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Rich

Boy, this is a great question. Does it have to be something that's out there now or a wish?  I'd guess Santa can do anything but probably needs to find something that actually exists to give me.  In that case, I'd like a loop of standard gauge track and Lionel's new SG open trolley and trailer. Or anything SG - I think it'll always been too expensive for me.

I'd like my Red Comet to come in!  I see the Conrail set is delayed until Feb. now.

Dear Santa, What I Really Want For Christmas.....
Posted by dwiemer on Friday, December 19, 2008 9:02 AM

OK, I think this is the time when someone starts this kind of thread of things we'd like (besides world peace and all that stuff in the songs).  Figure I'll start this one off:

Dear Santa, what I really want for Christmas is a American Flyer Mayflower Set.  I know I have been a loyal Lionel fan and a few strays to the MTH, Williams, K-Line, Marx, etc., but I think a AF Mayflower would look so good both as a display on the wall, and as a piece running the rails.

If that is too much to ask, then if you and your elves could just finish my layout while I sleep the night before Christmas, I'll be happy.

Dennis

So, what do Y'all want?
