Lionel CC II Trainmaster FMs

The brochure for the new Century Club Lionel FM Trainmaster demonstrator set arrived yesterday. Each unit is complete with two can motors each, TMCC, smoke units, ect.I haven't ordered any locomotives from the Century club since the Niagara. Anyone planning to order them? Just one other thing. I wish Lionel was more flexable in their payment options. It would be easier just to pay half now and half when delivered. Its hard on the credit card when over $700 shows up at once![:0]

I'll be ordering them Joe. They should be strikingly attractive and colorful, and operate fine. I think this is going to be the last Century Club. Customer fatigue is probably setting in, if my feelings are any guide. I agree the CC is pretty expensive, although $350 per loco is not out of line with the competition. I'd suspect Lionel will let you pay more in advance rather than the $100 if you like. Alternatively, you could set aside $100 per month now to pay for it in September.
